The New Jersey adventure, part 2 of ?

We were in New Jersey for Easter and were able to celebrate with the Causeys. They pulled out all the stops! We decorated Easter eggsA little story about the picture below. Hannah has an ice pack strapped to her head. There was an incident involving someone jumping off a bunk bed and landing on her head, but we won't get into the nitty gritty details here. I just wanted to explain the blue headcovering she has on!Luke LOVED dipping the eggs in the dye! He would get so excited to drop them in the cup and then fish them out. Aunt Lauri had her hands full, and we were all a little relieved that all of the cups of dye made it through the evening with out getting spilled!Sunday morning we got up and went to an early church service with the Causey fam to celebrate resurrection Sunday. We are so priveleged to be able to celebrate freely what Jesus did for us on the cross, and had a wonderful time celebrating His victory over death. After church the "Easter bunny" (aka Uncle Charles) hid eggs around the yard for an Easter egg hunt.He got really creative with his hiding places.Just kidding. The ones in plain sight were for Luke. He made it a little tougher for Ava and Isaiah. Here we go!Luke loved running around and finding the eggs. We found out later that day that we provided entertainment for the neighbors across the street as they watched the whole event from their living room window. They especially enjoyed watching Luke run around because he would only move his legs. The arms had to carry the basket. The kids made quite the candy haul. I think we still are eating chocolate eggs. Thanks again Causeys for a wonderful Easter!
