Five

Luke turned 5 this past Saturday! I can't believe it! And five sounds so much older than 4, does it not? Why is that? Aside from mom getting all nostalgic, we had a wonderful day. We had some families from church over (Luke dictated the guest list, and he would have invited 50 or so, but mom put her foot down). Luke also chose the menu, which included italian beef sandwiches, scalloped corn, cantaloupe, and chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. He was also pretty pleased with the gifts! :)

He was especially excited to get a couple of nerf guns. Oh, wait, that was Andy.

Beware of nerf bullets if you visit our place anytime soon! Happy birthday to my favorite 5 year old!
