Hard to believe that the first year of Awana is officially over! Ava and Luke both had a great year and got awards in tonight's award ceremony. Luke got his first book award and Ava, being the over achiever that she is, got her first and second book award this year. Yes, she finished 2 books, and reviewed one (meaning she said all of the verses twice for one book) all this year. Next year Luke joins the Sparks ranks. They were both impressed that I still remember all of the songs and the pledge to the Awana flag. Good times around that Awana circle! Sorry for the fuzzy phone picture...
