And then they were gone

The day we have all been dreading has finally arrived. The Causeys leave for New Jersey today. We just got back from having to say our goodbyes, and let me tell you it was hard. For the first time in my life (under normal circumstances, not like an army deployment) a member of my family will live farther than a one day drive. And my heart is broken. We had gotten spoiled being able to see them as often as we did and were blessed that we lived with them for a summer. No more quick trips up to see the cousins for the afternoon, or Aunt Lauri dropping by on her way home as she drove by our exit. I know they are moving on to where God has called them and that we will visit, and they will visit, and we have email now, and blogs and cell phones. But we will miss them. More than words can express. We love you Causeys! Can't wait to come and visit! (Yes, that means I will have to go to New Jersey!)
