The cousins are coming! The cousins are coming!
I got an unexpected phone call today. My sister (the one who recently moved to New Jersey, see previous posts to learn how I feel about New Jersey) called and asked if she and my nieces and nephews could spend the night at our house this coming Saturday and Sunday. After about 30 seconds of confusion (a preface to her question such as "We are coming to Minnesota, surprise!" would have been nice), the realization hit me that this means they will be coming for Thanksgiving! A total surprise! We are so excited! We have a packed week, but now it seems as though Saturday couldn't get here fast enough! Can't wait to see you Causeys!

What a wonderful surprise! Will this mean Rook Fest, or is that Christmas? Have fun!
We are so excited! In fact, the kids want to pack lunch boxes with several sandwiches so we won't ever have to stop...we even have a plan for Isaiah's frequent bathroom needs. We may make record time! Pray for us!
