Graduation, Wedding, and Bikes

It has been a busy couple of weeks for Ava...Both Luke and Ava were in a wedding down in Sioux Center, IA over Memorial Day weekend. They had an absolute blast! Luke carried the actual rings in a little box down the aisle and handed them to the best man, who took them out of the box, handed the box back to Luke and then gave him a high five. The crowd melted at that one. The first picture is from a practice. I was too busy having a heart-attack and waiting for them at the front of the church to get a picture of the real deal. The second picture is of them chilling between the ceremony and pictures watching a movie. I just love how Ava has her arm around Luke. They can be so sweet when they want to be! Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs. Widbin!

This past week was preschool graduation. Have to make these things official now, you know.And in the mean time, Ava learned how to do this:

Going...going...gone.

She learned how to ride a bike in 2 days. Andy and I agreed that we thought it would take a bit longer, as she is our cautious child, but she was a trooper. We have yet to have our first major wipeout with skinned knees and elbows. We'll see how we deal with that.
