We're home!

It is usually no secret in our neighborhood when the O'Rourkes are home. We have a bay window in the front of our house that Ava has claimed as her special territory. One of her favorite things to do is put puzzles together while sitting in the window for all the neighborhood to see. There is getting to be a problem, though. Luke is getting tall enough that he can reach the puzzles and mess things up. Luke likes to be up in the window, too. His favorite thing to do is watch the cars go by. He gets so excited I am afraid he is going to fling himself out of the window!

In other O'Rourke happenings, Andy decided it was time to bring his boat to the cities. He says he wants to take the kids out for boat rides, but I know what he is really about. We recently debated whether or not he was an "avid" fisherman. I said yes, he said no. According to Webster being avid is "enthusiastic in pursuit of an interest." I think I win.
