Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas everyone! You may have heard we are getting a little winter weather. This is the second time Andy has blown out the driveway in the past 24 hours, and the first time had just as much snow. We are supposed to get 4-8 more inches today, 3-5 more inches overnight, and a couple more tomorrow. I am not sure where we are going to put all of it. Kevin, thanks for the snowblower. What a blessing! We decided since we will be snowed in for the next few days to let the kids open their presents on Christmas Eve. I am pretty sure I am the best mom ever right now because Luke got a Thomas the Train table, tracks, trains and a whole lot more. And I am proud to say I got it all off craigslist for a fraction of what it would cost new. Have I mentioned how much I love craigslist? I haven't seen Luke for the past couple of days unless I go and play trains with him. It seems like it is a hit. Ava even enjoyes playing with it, although she was pretty excited to get a Leapster. The train table was a little too big to wrap, so we decided just to wrap the trains up and set up the table and tracks in the basement and bring Luke down after he got the trains. The night before we opened gifts, Andy and I set up the tracks, and we had fun! I'll bet we played with it for an hour.
We are looking forward to the next couple of days to play and relax. And of course eat traditional Christmas fare, cookies and candy! Wishing you all a merry Christmas from our winter wonderland!
